About Me

Hi, I’m Megan

I'm an ex international rugby player whose career representing Scotland was cut short because my body was literally falling apart.

Retirement from full-time sport hit me hard. Being a rugby player had been my identity for so long, and suddenly I didn't know what my purpose was. I have an undergraduate degree in Sports Journalism and a Masters in Sports Psychology, but neither sparked motivation the way rugby did.

I tried new jobs. I tried coaching. It wasn't until I took a big leap of faith and started studying Sports Therapy that I really felt like I'd found where I was supposed to be.

I know what it's like to push your body to its limit. I know what it's like to be burdened by pain and injury. And I know what it's like to feel completely disconnected from your body.

That's why I'm doing this. I want to help athletes and everyday people who are carrying pain, tightness or stress, and help you feel strong, capable and confident in your body again.
